We pack every WILD AS DIRT order carefully before sending it your way.

 PROCESSING TIMES

Many of our products are made to order, particularly custom apparel, personalised products and 3D-printed items.

Please allow the stated processing time shown on the product listing or at checkout before your order is dispatched.

During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

 SHIPPING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and destination and are outside our control.

RURAL & REMOTE DELIVERY

Delivery to rural and remote Australian areas may take longer than standard metropolitan delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply to some locations where calculated by the shipping provider.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

If an order has been returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required before we resend it.

DELAYS

WILD AS DIRT is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier networks, severe weather, natural disasters, road closures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
