TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to WILD AS DIRT. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
WILD AS DIRT offers custom, personalised and ready-made products including apparel, sublimated products, 3D-printed items and other handmade or custom-designed goods.
Because many of our products are made to order, minor variations may occur between products. This can include small differences in colour, print placement, texture, finish and appearance.
These variations are not considered faults where they are a natural result of the manufacturing, printing or production process.
2. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, dates, numbers, logos and other information supplied for a custom order.
Once a personalised or custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
WILD AS DIRT is not responsible for errors supplied or approved by the customer.
Where we identify an obvious error before production, we may contact you to confirm the details.
3. COLOURS & IMAGES
We make every effort to accurately display product colours and images on our website. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
Printed products may also have slight variations from the images shown online.
4. 3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS
3D-printed products are manufactured layer by layer and may naturally have visible layer lines, minor surface variations, small imperfections or differences in finish.
These are characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily defects.
Product dimensions may also have minor variations due to the printing process.
Customers should use products only for their intended purpose and follow any instructions supplied with their order.
5. APPAREL & PRINTED PRODUCTS
For DTF and sublimated apparel, customers should follow the care instructions provided with their order.
WILD AS DIRT is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, excessive heat or other improper care.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before an order is processed.
WILD AS DIRT reserves the right to correct pricing errors or incorrect product information displayed on the website.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order.
7. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders may take additional time during busy periods, product launches, market events or periods of high demand.
Custom and personalised products may require additional production time.
Estimated processing times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
8. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is correct.
WILD AS DIRT is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, weather events, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and product.
If an order is lost in transit, we may work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the issue.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns are not automatically available for custom or personalised products.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All WILD AS DIRT branding, original artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, website content and other original material remain the property of WILD AS DIRT or their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or use our designs or content without permission.
Where customers provide their own photographs, logos or artwork, the customer confirms that they have permission to provide and use that material.
12. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED IMAGES & LOGOS
By submitting photographs, logos or artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce that material.
WILD AS DIRT may refuse an order where we reasonably believe the requested artwork infringes another person's intellectual property or otherwise cannot legally be reproduced.
13. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, copy website content or use our website for unlawful purposes.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
WILD AS DIRT may update these terms and conditions from time to time.
The current version published on this website will apply to future purchases.
